Data collected

No data is collected when you simply browse the site. The site sets no analytics, advertising or social-network cookies.

Data is processed only if you voluntarily complete the contact form. In that case the following is submitted:

• your name;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• your work email address;
• your phone number, if you provide it;
• the selected subject;
• the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle and reply to your enquiry. It is not used for automated marketing, profiling or resale.

The legal basis is your consent, collected through a checkbox that is not pre-ticked at the time of submission (Article 6.1.a GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients

The data is intended only for the people at ZERONES handling your enquiry.

It passes through the mail and hosting infrastructure used to run the site. No data is passed to a third party for commercial purposes.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for 36 months from the last exchange, then deleted.

If an exchange leads to a contractual relationship, the necessary data is kept for the statutory periods applicable to commercial and accounting records.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions and limits the number of submissions per IP address.

Any IP address used for that purpose is stored as a non-reversible hash, only for as long as that protection requires.

Cookies

This site uses no non-essential cookies. No consent banner is therefore displayed: such a banner is only required when non-essential trackers are set.

No third-party analytics tool is installed. Fonts are hosted on the site’s own domain, which avoids any connection to an external server during your visit.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• right to erasure;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object;
• right to data portability;
• right to withdraw consent at any time.
